While looking for a tasty pick me up I discovered a new energy beverage from the makers of Rockstar called "Von Dutch". It had all kinds of piratish art on the can. It was a fair drink IMHO, I prefer Monster, but if you are looking for a boost you might want to give it a try.

I've just learned that one of our own Pyrates of the Coast crewe members, Slipshot, has been called to filming for PotC 2 & 3. He'll be there through December. Yeah! The long awaited Pirates Battlefield Version 1.0 is out now and uploading to FilePlanet! Battlefield Pirates is a mod for Battlefield 1942. It enables 40+ people to engage in hand to hand combat with the enemy for strategic targets like ships, islands or fortresses. The guys at MouseTunes have a new Podcast out that focuses on their recent trip to WDW. It includes alot of news and rumors on future refurbs, events, and and an interview with Jason Surrell. http://64.233.187.104/search?q=cache:FvaIb...-+podcast&hl=en I'm a bit excited on this news...even if it is rumor, I would be excited to see WDW get some of the additions the hosts mention. That, and to have more work and tie ins to the restaurant nearby (in English, it's "The Pirate and the Parrot").

Ahoy Shipmates, I recently received my 2006 Pirate calendar in the mail, with art-work by Don Maitz...It's awesome! Images of Blackbeard, Henry Morgan, Black Sam Bellamy's crew capturing the WYDAH, etc. Each month even has historically significant dates in pyrattical history. (For example, July 19 has the following entry: "1721- Black Bart's former quartermaster, Walter Kennedy, is hanged at Execution Dock in Wapping after being identified as a pirate by a former shipmate.") Bilgemunky declared it a Key to Spiritual Enlightenment, and now I have to agree. I installed it, tried it, and was impressed enough to order the $10/mo. subscription. Basically, it's a huge multiplayer pirate game where you do everything by means of puzzles. Really really fun. Puzzle Pirates

Getting the house ready for the invasion of little treasure seekers, and I relized I needed to find some Pyratical sound effects.... The front of the house has rope giving it a dock like look. The front entryway is covered with camo neting and brown blankets making into a secret cave, complete with gold coin filled treasure chests. If you look into the front room you will see lush plants floor to ceiling with a few pirate skeletons and spooky lighting..... Outside of using some tracks from the PotC soundtrack I really need some sound effects. I've been searching online for anything but to no avail..... any suggestions?

Ahoy, there lads 'n' lasses! I've found several photos of ships being filmed for Pirates of the Caribbean 2 & 3. There's even video at the bottom of the page which shows the Black Pearl firing cannons! You can see the cannons being pushed out, then test-firing all on the starboard side. Enjoy, folks! Wouldn't it be great if Hollywood made a real period pirate movie, the same quality as POTC. Don't get me wrong I loved POTC, but I think it would be cool to see a movie about the life of a pirate that actually existed. Which pirate would you like them to make a movie about?

Hello, I am sure this has been talked about alot, so I hope its not over kill. I have been playing the pirates of the caribean game on X-box, I dont have as much time to spend on the game as I would like, howevre I am in the alcave on khael roa. I am in the room with the blue light and quite frankly have no idea what to do next...????? Anyone please help a humble pyrate musician..
