I myself will be there with some members of the Press Gang. I delivered a few swords up there this past weekend. I saw a few faces I knew. It was hot and I think it will be just as hot next weekend so be sure to plan on going pirate lite. If you go be sure to stop by the pirates den and say hey or catch us as we roam. Also my swords are for sale at the pirate ship. Make sure you ask them to see the BKS cutlasses. Yarrr!

Is anyone planning on going to the Pennsylvania Renn Faire for Pyrate Invasion Weekend this year? It's the 22nd and 23rd of August. This is the first of two pirate weekends they'll be having, the second will be in October. If you do go, please stop by the Pirate's Den say hi to me. If you are familiar with the faire, the Pirate's Den isn't the ship,it's the fun pirate store towards the back of the shire. I'm working there in my mermaid costume to entertain kids (and horny men...hee hee hee)

Pirates of Paynetown was a huge success again this year! Thanks to all who came out to play. We had the most awesome weather I've ever experienced in August!! DNR is feeling a lot better about this event and it looks like we're here to stay! We had almost 50 camps this year and more cannons and boats than we could feasibly crew! Everything was perfect! Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you is all I can say! Here's a few pics: (More to come... See Pirates of Paynetown Official Website and Graphic Enterprises Web Magazine for more pictures. It may take a few days for these other pictures to post.)

I didn't see a topic for this, so I guess I am starting it. I am sort of planning to attend the Beaufort Pirate Invasion in August. As my chosen crew is really just a PiP special, and Surgeon Mission is sort of a floater pirate (not (necessarily) because he fell overboard), I am giving notice that I am looking to sign on with a crew for the event.
