silas thatcher Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 95 degrees, something like 1000 % humidity, heat warnings, and to think that last week was nice !! welcome to st. louis....
Black Syren Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 100 plus and that is not with humidity! Talking about record breaking heat temps which means we will just break last years! *grins* http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v519/Dara286/trident01-11.png If you got a dream chase it, cause a dream won't chase you back...(Cody Johnson Till you Can't)
CaptainSatan Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 It only got up to 95 today in Dallas. As we say in Ireland let's drink until the alcohol in our system destroys our liver and kills us.
Joe Pyrat Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Actually it's quite pleasant in Saint Augustine at the moment, 73F, heat index 71F, thunderstorms and rain. Barometer 29.44 and rising humidity 91%. Wind seems to be negligible although I did experience a bit of healing when the front first went through. The Charles Towne Few - We shall sail... Cheeky Actress Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 It’s another scorcher. Temps in the high 90s with the heat index well into the 100s. High humidity and lots of sun. Thunderstorm are on the agenda for tonight…could be quite a show! Member of "The Forsaken"
Red Cat Jenny Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 There is moss now growing next to the mold on the trees.... But today is different...what is that big orangy thingy up in the sky? Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.... Her reputation was her livelihood. I'm a pirate, love. By nature and by choice! My inner voice sometimes has an accent! My wont? A delicious rip in time...

Silkie McDonough Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Sorry that NY is having such horrid weather. Here in NJ (Just outside of Philly) the weather has been fantastic for about a week. 80's low humidity all day and 60's at night.
Red Cat Jenny Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Glad you're having good weather. Today was nice..until a T storm chased us off the beach. Currently it has just poured...oh pinch me.. I will not even complain about 37 degrees and "sort of" freezing rain, although it does make for a dreary day. YHS Dutch "X" his mark
Rumba Rue Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 70 and partly cloudy here in San Diego. Sorry. Yup, it's been very nice outside, though I understand we're due for more rain sometime next weekend. But in the meantime, we'll enjoy our wonderful sunshine in the San Diego area.
Guest Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 I think everyone out in the Mid-West is getting the storm that passed through here last week (the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California)... Really heavy wet snow that knocked down a buncha trees (then the trees knocked down a buncha power lines...) But alla the skiers loved it.... (and the sadistic snow plow drivers.....) .
Red-Handed Jill Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 The cold has passed through here (not cold by midwest standards, surely) but enough for snow at close to sea level and that's saying a lot. But now we're going through the wind and rain part of Winter. Flooding - oh, boy!
