Jacky Tar
"To long life....so's watch yer back!" The gentleman and the pirate share a drink at the bar. Jacky slides a purse to Captain Sterling. With his back to the room and in hushed tones, he addresses Captain Sterling. "Ye have not been forgotten at court sir, if ye need provisions for the Archangel, ye need but ask." Turns to the crowd to offer a toast. "To our Sweethearts and wifes, may they never meet!" The lads at the bar cheer.

Ransom
I enter the Pub, surprised at the crowd. Sterling is siting with a young woman unknown to me, and there's that ner-do-well Jacky Tarr ***looks around to make sure there are no Aztecs*** Yet, like a rare jewel among sow's ears, stands a lady. Now, what, I wonder, could such a fine piece of work be doing among a bunch of lowly pirates? And why is Sterling looking at her as if she had snakes for hair? My curiosity peeked, I push back a red curl, and give her a cock of the head. "Welcome indeed, Lady. My name is Ransom, and though I may look the lad, do not be fooled." Looks at Ray. "Since the lady is buying, I'll have my usual—French bubbly with a shot of tattoo. Gramercy." Accepting my drink, I slip into a chair, carefull to step over the usual assortment of bodies on the floor. "Cheers." ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold... Jacky Tar picks up the coin and forces it into Killingsworth pocket. Ray backs away. "Yer monies no good here, and I'm afraid we're all out of port! I suggest ye quench yer thirst somewhere else." Aurore Devareaux
"Thick as thieves those two," Sterling mumbles Pausing mid sampling of port offering, Aurore keeps attention trained on Killingsworth. Their eyes meet briefly as she moves a bit deeper into Sterling's embrace. Finishing original action of elixir sip, her sights travel to where Tess stands soon dismissing any acknowledgment of either. Across the Common, she notices Doctor Reiley plying the smooth of Irish flatterys to young nubile and smiles amusedly to the display. Blue Mermaid
Why thank you Capt. Sterling for the drink. As for the necklace, I'm certain we can work out a trade. Perhaps you can train me in the art of fencing for which payment would be enough pearls for a beautiful necklace. A mermaid never knows when such skills would be required.
