Gentleman of Fortune
I am kind of curious.... What pirate sites do you find yourself going back to over and over again, or which sites do you think have the most usefull information? I would like to get a list of NON_FORUM sites. The ones that the Pirate People think are the best. A lot seem to rehash the same information, and even less are updated regularly, but still, I would like to know. Come aboard my pirate re-enacting site http://www.gentlemenoffortune.com/ Where you will find lots of information on building your authentic Pirate Impression! Daniel
I find Brethren of the Coast to be a superb site. Le Diable Volant has some great sources on it also. Piratesinfo.com is good, but I find the forum to be more valuable than the rest of the site.

Capt. Sterling
I like Foxe's best, they may not be purty but boy he gets you thinking...!!! :) "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/
Nelson Cooke
Bilgemunky gets my overall vote. Another site that's indispensible is the International Commercial Crime Services Weekly Pirate Blotter.
