Mission
I'm merging this new topic with the old one to keep all the MySpace stuff together for convenient reference and readability. Mycroft: "My brother has the brain of a scientist or a philosopher, yet he elects to be a detective. What might we deduce about his heart?" John: "I don't know." Mycroft: "Neither do I. But initially he wanted to be a pirate."
Jacks True Love
I always try to register there but it just never works.. That kind of sucks because I think that are cool pages.. But I have a Dutch site about PotC 'you forget one very important thing, mate. I'm captain Jack Sparrow.' Rogue Mermaid
I just thought I'd let the myspacers know about my "message problem". Silkie messaged me and I really want to read it, but I can't yet. I use a MAC at work that runs OS9 so I have to use an out of date version of Internet Explorer to surf the web. I can do everything on myspace when I am at work except check my messages/answer them. For some reason I crash everytime I try. So if you send me a message and notice that I've been on myspace or in the pub, but I haven't messaged you back, I'm not ignoring you. I just can't read your message yet. I use a more updated browser program at home on our PC. I can read the messages when I get home.

PyratePhil
It might not look like much, but I think there are certain advantages- -you're not inundated with tons of crappy, stupid bulletins -you're not inundated with tons of crappy, stupid viruses -you're not inundated with tons of crappy, stupid run-time errors -you're not inundated with tons of crappy, stupid people who have no other goal in life than to make yours more difficult But what the hell - give it some time;maybe it'll be all that Myspace is, and more... ...Qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum... ~ Vegetius

Captain J. Savage
Myspace is just jacked up in general; it's not just accounts. All the traffic, all the copied codes which contain flaws that people put up, all the viruses. Yes, myspace can give you viruses; I've had about five blocked by norton when browsing friends of friends. Myspace is just like a porn-trap, all messed up and full of viruses. I'd delete my account but it's the only contact I have with some friends. Not to mention all the damn animated banners. Damn I wonder how much the owners make... Think about it, they get about 15 cents for everytime someone sees their advertisements which there can be more than one on any page, and the homepage has quite a few I believe. That said lets say the average members checks up on five or so friends... there's something like 170,000,000 members. BNow consider all those big movie releases that they advertise for when you go to log in and the main page is all transformered out. Look at Tom's profile, even before he sold myspace, his pictures always had him traveling and doing some fun stuff that usually cost a good amount of money. Anyway I'm done thinking with my keyboard, lol.
