Mad Matt Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 Life has taken a weird turn. Even with the bad things, the good still weasels its way through every now and then. I just got a raise at work about a month ago. I'm getting another one already. Work paid for, and I just complete, Red Cross Instructor training. Work will pay for my upcoming EMT class as well as a couple other Instructor certificates from the Red Cross. Plus, they're paying me my hourly wage as I attend all this training (except the EMT course). It looks as if the planets are beginning to align, letting the sun shine into my path just a wee bit! You will be flogged. And God willing, come morning, you will be flogged some more.

Christine Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 I'm just wondering if I'm still sick. The sore throat may be long gone, (Thank God), but that sicky smell when I breathe in is still holding on. I also still get sinus pressure. And the past couple of days I feel feverish, I especially notice it at night. Ugh, damn sickies just like to hold on forever it seems! But thank guys, I'll just keep taking the sudafed and hope it goes away completely.

Helped an old lady out who was stranded with her pitbull and the dog tried to hump me cuz he's in heat. See, I can even give a dog a bone-LOL! Threw my clothes in the wash and jumped in the shower when I got home, ugh!
