Duchess Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 Hmmm, I find it interesting that several of the people who are now decrying people who are married but still flirtatious are the exact same people who were expounding the right to be a flirt and a "player" in nonserious fashion on another thread. *rolls eyes* oh, please! Everybody flirts, but if someone is married nothing is going to happen beyond just flirting. Exactly. So why assume that just because they are flirtatious and not loudly proclaiming their marriage that they are unhappy in it?
Christine Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 Because some are unhappy, some have admitted it. And I don't mean just here on the pub, I mean in general.

PyratePhil Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 ***sigh***...(Sits on the sidelines watching the tennis match)... *comes to sit next to him* Are ye enjoying the view luv? Nothing like a good tennis match, I always say... But aye, I'm enjoying the view - 'specially when you ladies bend over to retrieve the balls... ...Qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum... ~ Vegetius
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Aye and don't ye just love me little tennis outfit? *models it* Little skirt, white little socks, tennis shoes and tank top, woo-hoo!

Killian Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Aye and don't ye just love me little tennis outfit? *models it* Little skirt, white little socks, tennis shoes and tank top, woo-hoo! You play tennis, or just like to look like you do?
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Naw, I only played tennis in high school-lol!
Killian Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Tis a shame, any excuse to watch a beautiful women running round in a short skirt, I would be there in a heart beat.
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 LOL! I was rather bored with the sport tho. I still run around in short skirts occassionally, just not while playing sports.....
Killian Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Give me a time and date and I will be there.
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Oh, I bet, you and the rest of the men of this board-lol!
Pirate Petee Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 I thought chasing girls in short skirts was a sport.
Rummy3 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 As far as married/single goes all I can say is, "You just never know..."
Pirate Petee Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Aye, tis a man's sport! :) Yep, but I retiered my uniform.
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Yer right Rummy, ye just never know these days. Aye Petee, yer girl has her fuzzy cuffs on ya to keep ya close. No running around and chasing no more-lol!
Pirate Petee Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 The only running I do is from ale stand to ale stand.
delmar Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Is it me or has this discussion turned into one of Morality? If we leave out a higher power, then the belief that you should have one lover is a none topic except to the couple involved. Now, I know it’s just a discussion, but is of just interest or because people want to kinda scold those that are "wrong"? By questioning indirectly my being single or not puts me in a position of not knowing should I even flirt or will I be chastised. No one knows my personal arrangements, maybe my girl is off with her other lover while I am here flirting, but I am worried about the comments. This is a single flirting bar right. And Right this moment I am alone/single. That’s the topic, not weather I married and happy. If this is a topic on am I happy and married and still flirting, great. I am not upset, just checking on the direction some people take in the forums. Delmar
Christine Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 As I've mentioned before I enjoy flirting, but once it comes out the other person is married/in a steady relationship I back off a bit.
Pirate Petee Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 To each his own, its not my place to judge.
