I be with the crew of the barking spider in the outlands, We be 25 years or more old. Most of the crew has been around for 15 years or longer. We have a crew of 20 to 30 pyrates ( a few fall over board). We sword fight, we arch, we dance, what, ya got a problem with dancing? In 25 years we have had a few capt'ns. And are currently on our 4th. We attend SCA events and other like events. Delmar

The Crew of the Barking Spider We have a crew that does SCA and outside SCA events. Our crew started over 25 years ago and is still going strong. We are very close outside of events, and are a great group of friends. We practice all aspects of Pyrate and Mid evil life. Sword fighting, Archary, Dancing, Art, wood working, everything! I have a pouch but I tie alot on to myself. I tie stuff to my shirt, sash and even food in my hair. delmar

This mouse falls into a hole and yells for help. An Elephant comes by and says I'll help ya. The elephant stands over the hole and drops his (aaa laa laa la, you know what I mean.) down the hole and the mouse runs up it to safety. The next week the elephant falls in a hole and calls for help. The mouse looks in the hole and thinks " I can't do what you did, but I need to help". The mouse runs home and gets all his money and then buys a porsche. He drives the porsche up to the hole and ties a rope to the bumper. He then lowers the rope and runs down it and ties the rope around the elephant. The mouse then runs back up the rope, into the porsche and pulls off...varoom! This pulls the elephant right out of the hole. The moral is: If you have a big al la la la, You don't need a porsche! Delmar Thats why I drive a old van!!

Yes I would up grade. Most clothes that pyrates wore were taken from others, but if you live that life the clothes don't look new for long. Most pictures may be clothes that did at one time look much better then they do now. I try to think like a pyrate, and I would not try to dress in clothes that looked pyratey, I would be thinking its clothes, I'm the pyrate, but my life style will soon change the way the clothes look, so after a while all my clothes would look the way they do in the pictures, not from want but from wear and tear. With that said, I would not choose to wear anything that would limit (to tight, long ect...) my ability to do my job, what ever that may be. Delmar

Is it me or has this discussion turned into one of Morality? If we leave out a higher power, then the belief that you should have one lover is a none topic except to the couple involved. Now, I know it’s just a discussion, but is of just interest or because people want to kinda scold those that are "wrong"? By questioning indirectly my being single or not puts me in a position of not knowing should I even flirt or will I be chastised. No one knows my personal arrangements, maybe my girl is off with her other lover while I am here flirting, but I am worried about the comments. This is a single flirting bar right. And Right this moment I am alone/single. That’s the topic, not weather I married and happy. If this is a topic on am I happy and married and still flirting, great. yes, I will be with a camp. We are in the area known as the Outlands, and My camp is the camp or crew of the barking spider. We have a huge flag that will be up. If you go to the front sign that shows where everyone is we will be listed there. You can always just find the outlands and ask where the barking spider is, or look for white sail walls the circle our camp. the Walls have pyrate black and white pictures on them. Delmar
