Being a crew that is family oriented, aye we have quite a number of young ones mucking about. As to kit, we determine what type of character/role they wish to portray or even if they are young enough, what they can even manage to do that would fit the time frame.

If you are truly thinking of turning out all your kids (I am assuming they are all boys) as grommets, then trousers, shirts, neck cloth and some type of hat is where you wish to start. Buckled shoes, since we are all down on the beach at PiP and not on board, could be put on the back burner for this year, but I will warn you, because of the corral the ground is rough to travel over. I highly recommend some sort of shoe...There is a thread, possibly in PLUNDER we can find for you, about turning modern shoe styles into passable shoes from the time frame, but with ten kids you'd better start now...

Unfortunately there are no pc patterns for kids out on the market at the moment... so unless you know how to grade what is available or perhaps the misses can drape clothing??
