Capt. Sterling Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 cranberry and seltzer...left over from last night "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/
Lily Alexander Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 A great BIG cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer. If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
Capt. Sterling Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Ye had me there until you said Hazelnut...ugh... So Lady how are you doing? I miss talking with you.... Lily Alexander Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 I was going to say that about the cranberry and seltzer. I'm doing well thank you. Busy taking care of Sophie. She is 12 weeks now and 26 lbs. Oi. At least the chewing and biting has gotten better. I no longer look like a walking chew toy. Too bad I can't say the same for the cat. She gets her first round of shots at the end of the week so we'll be able to start puppy kindergarten soon. Other than that just trying to stay warm. How are you doing? I miss talking with you as well. If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
Capt. Sterling Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Was blessed with snow...so the weekend turned into five days off, and Mistress McKinney's new ballgown is almost done... then perhaps I can get back to my gray coat... health is ..um...well it is... I'm alive... So glad to hear that Miss Sophie is doing well... my youngest is having a ball in the snow and the oldest is happy staying inside and lounging in the sun... I will be starting your ballgown Feb. 17...I think it would be safe to send over new measurements just in case on that day... Silkie McDonough Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 "The Concoction" This was invented by a work associate "The Rajah" It is made of 3 ingredients from the local convenience store. (Wawa, for those who know of this wonderous place.) 1. Mocha Alert: This is a mocha drink that has extra caffine. 2. Hot Coco 3. Coffee ...and this, ladies and gents, is how I am able to work the hours I do! Silkie laughs as she bounces off the walls of the pub!

Littleneckhalfshell Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I was feeling a bit pre 1687 tonight, so since prior to that year the Royal Navy gave it's sailors Brandy rather than Rum, I decided to go with a glass of Brandy tonight.
