Reality vs. Fantasy

Pirate Petee

Recommended Posts

Welcome back lad. You have been missed ...didn't you use to "sail on the Watch Dog"?

Heh, Pete ...the reality is that I am a land locked lass who works in corporate America but wish I was not. Reality is that I could be something else if I got off my arse and focused.

Fantasy is that it is the early 1700's and corporate America doesn't exist and I was forced to get of my arse and focus but still have the rights of a woman in todays society.

I'd be laughing but after typing it it doesn't seem so funny any more.

;)

Tis grand to have you back, Petee. I always thought of you as the Merry Prankster of the Pub, and I see that's still true! :lol:B)B)

...schooners, islands, and maroons

and buccaneers and buried gold...

You can do everything right, strictly according to procedure, on the ocean, and it'll still kill you. But if you're a good navigator, a least you'll know where you were when you died.......From The Ship Killer by Justin Scott.

Hangin at Execution dock awaits. May yer Life be a long and joyous adventure in gettin there!
As he was about to face the gallows there, the pirate is said to have tossed a sheaf of papers into the crowd, taunting his audience with these final words:

"My treasure to he who can understand."
