  1. Just one more reason to love the man
  2. Her name is Mistress Brig Roberts
  3. Jana.....my mother named me for the Hebrew form, meaning "God is Gracious"; a few years ago I ran into a Jana from India, and their translation is "Queen of the Sea". Rather fond of both versions.
  4. Great read, Mission! I swear I could pack up and go back tomorrow.
  5. I'll be there... are we SURE we can't have it in January? February? Bi-monthly? PiP is good for the soul. Brig and I hope to have our candle-making operation up and running by then, if not in time for Blackbeard's. PiP '08 or bust!
  6. And a women's small for me as well, thanks
  7. Harry, that countdown timer is such a tease Can't you 'adjust' it a little? I think PiP '08 in January sounds lovely!
  8. Oi....you DO have a way with words, Mission! Any more of that and I'll be looking for the nearest ship's railing to hang my head over. Well done.
  9. I love that one too...they look completely exhausted. Can't imagine why.
  10. The pictures are amazing! Thank you so much to everyone who has made it possible for us to have a way to remember all the good times of PiP 2007!
  11. Should have taken yerself down to Duval Street.....could have given that Mozart fella a run for his money as a street performer!
  12. "I'm single.....just thought you might like to know." "You clip it to your butt?"
  13. Brig and I heard someone playing Pachelbel's Canon in D as well as Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring on a violin in the fort on Friday night as we crossed the green to the tavern. Any idea who the musician may have been? It was beautiful! Props to them.
  14. Hahee, next year's fest bodes to be a good one
  15. Couldn't have said it any better than my pretty scrap of a sister did. It's a little odd to have your brother-in-law stitching your PC underwear, but he's so darn good at it! And yes, the Archangel crew was amazing, as were the rest of the colorful folks we met. Billie and M.A.d'Dogge quickly became my favorite pair of mermen, thanks to their good humor and M.A.d'Dogge's offer to let me play with his honest-to-goodness princess-bestowed jingly bits. Love and good thoughts to you all, is it time for next year's PiP yet???
  16. I ended up with one of Brig's buckled shoes, and two shifts when I went with just one. I knew there was some sort of magick afoot in the camp!
  17. I agree...Billie definitely looks like he's up to something. :)
  18. Kitty purring. She's better than a lullaby.
  19. Don't think I've ever been so sad to leave a place before. I hope Saturday was as lovely as the rest of the days at PiP had been. Here's to new friends and happy reunions with old ones!
