  1. Here are a few of the new designs that Poppa has been working on for PiP 2009. What do ye think? Wording etc. will be changed as needed, but we wanted to see what ye thought of the ideas.
  2. Welcome aboard mate! Glad ye 'ave found our fair port here at the Pub! Have a drink on me!
  3. 10. Found hotel. 9. Found Sterling first, right outside hotel. SURPRISE! 8. Drank Green Fairy!! I confess I was a green fairy virgin till hanging out wit this crewe! 7. Met the Infamous Rats and Matty Bottles 6. Took pictures 5. Learned to lace up properly, none of that sissy girl lacing, but the officially can't breathe right kind! 4. Learned to tell Cheeky and Twin apart, even through costume changes. 3. Talked to Lob about living with the Souris family. 2. Danced and got to share Rats Dip! 1. Had an absolute blast being with my Pyrate Family! Thanks for the memories!
  4. Ahem... I believe that a Lobotomy would first require locating the brain.... I heard Robbie left his in Cuba after PiP...something about a ransom of sorts... have to look into that...
  5. Brilliant Mission! Simply Brilliant! Thanks so very much for an incredible log of our adventures (and misadventures...)! What a marvelous piece of work. Only 291 days until you can start the 2009 version. I, for one hope you will continue this tradition, as it made me laugh out loud, love my PiP family, and miss ye all! BRAVO!
  6. Yes Bo it is the one and same. I just love it! It was such a great piece, that we wanted it to be the "anchor" for the auction, but then after the auction had been going awhile, we wanted to make sure that it brought a good price, so we saved it. I think several chests may be in order, if there are several willing to donate. It would seem to me that after a battle perhaps more than 1 person would have expired. Just a thought. So, what do I do with the current chest? Besides adore it, that is...
  7. Wishing you the best birthday Master Souris! Enjoy!
  8. I am very impressed! Looks great! Would we be able to choose the paint colors though? I would prefer a more natural stained look for ours. I am very interested in your project here, and also put in the survey for a "bulk" purchase for our crewe. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see the completely finished products ye are doing.
  9. I was just wondering... I have the chest from last year, and I thought we were going to use it again, since it was soooo beautiful, and we didn't think that we would get enough donation to justify auctioning it. What do we want to do with it? I am glad to be it's protector, and would be willing to bring it back for the next auction, as it is so well done, I want to make sure it goes to a loving home. Any thoughts?
  10. Ahoy there Mate, glad to have ye aboard. Christine from White Pavillion may have what ye seek. She is on the web, and makes a variety of clothes and may have one at the ready. She was at PiP down in the corner toward the pub...smart girl! As for contacting Spike, I can get him a message, if you want to PM me with your contact information. Also, check out the Pirates in Paradise section on the Pub here, lots of information specifically about PiP. Let me know if ye be needin' anything else.
  11. Welcome to ye Sam! Sit on down and tell us yer tale.
  12. Welcome to ye mate! Always glad to hear of a new pyrat in the waters! puts a bottle of Pirates Choice on the bar... Here's to ye mate from the Crewe of the Sacred Heart. Look forward to meetin' ye in Bone Island! So far we ain't been able to drynk Bone Island dry, but we be a tryin'!
  13. My Dear William, There are no words that can take away the loss, but there are even fewer words to take away the cruelty of a selfish person like your Uncle. There is no accounting for the family you are placed in, nor for the actions that they may take toward one another. I am so sorry that on one of the hardest days in your father's life, he had to endure more than his share. Take comfort that your Grandma knew her son loved her, and was perhaps already outside the house on the way to heaven while he parked the car. Our love and prayers for you and your family, and especially your father. May the healing be swift and the torn fabric of your family be mended strong. Just know that your "Pirate Family" will always be here for you. Please call us if there is anything that you need. With Love, Tony and Fayma
  14. OHHH! MY!!! Glad to hear that ye are recovering. I can't say that I hear enough people that wear their seatbelts, even if they have airbags. Have taken care of many in my life, both as an EMT and as a nurse. Some were not so fortunate. I am very relieved to hear you are alive, and hopefully you will have a speedy recovery to kicking as well. Get well soon! Remember to buckle up everyone!
  15. The Sacred Heart Crewe will be in the fort, in the same location as last year. It seems it worked out well to have a "way station" for wayward pyrates and their belongings between battles and trips to the pub and privy. Would love the beach, but someone has to hold down the fort! Besides, we liked all the company we received!!! Glad to see ye Crudbeard! Welcome aboard!
  16. I was Secret Santa for Lady Cassandra Seahawke. I enjoyed this very much and plan on making it a new holiday tradition! Thanks to Duchess for organizing!
  17. Ha Ha! Well done Mission! But... We also noticed that he always had a beautiful woman at his side... Thought about making an album for Stynky and his women of PiP. So, he must be doing something right!
