  3. Either St. Thomas or St. Maarten. Both places are beautiful. Snorkeling in Shipwreck Cove off of St. Maarten, ye can see masts and cannon at th' bottom. Blackbeard's Castle is a must see in St. Tomas. Don't ferget Maegan's Bay. Pristine white coral beach. Clear water. Absolutely beautiful!
  4. We are a band of pirate actors and reenactors scattered mostly around Georgia and Alabama. We have members as far as The Carolinas and Florida, as well. We appear at pirate festivals, reenactments, and charity events all around the Southeast United States and beyond. This 'ere be the place fer ye ta introduce yerself an' get ta know us.

  20. A question on the term "Monkey"... I have heard that a Brass Monkey was the rack that held cannonballs in place on deck. In freezing temperatures, brass would contract at a different rate than the cannon balls themselves, causing the balls to fall off of the rack and roll around on the deck. Hence, the term "Freezing the balls off a Brass Monkey". Is there any truth to this?
