  1. Brilliant idea... how would ye like to go about it Lady?
  2. "My word! What's all this then?? Take a lovely lass out for a tumble, oops I mean lunch, and I get back and now this?!?!" Sterling says. He glances down at Aurore, then back over to Tess. "Oi, just who are thee calling stupid woman?! By the way thou did look at me, I would not think it were the good Captain Striker." Sterling moves over to the others, removing his coat his drapes it about Striker's shoulders. "Tis a good thing ye do know how to swim, Sir. If ye be wise as well as nimble, ye will swim far from the so-called woman scorned. And I might add, weren't me that scorned her... dangerous she be."
  3. Sterling awoke to find the Doctor standing beside him, already removing the dirty linen bandages. "Good morning," Reiley said, his voice low, his concentration fixed more on the task at hand than the man in the bed. Sterling barely grunted in reply, his concentration on the empty space at his right. Already the sheets where she lay had cooled. Aurore had gotten up early for some reason and he hoped all was well. "Hmm," the doctor mused and the captain finally looked up at him, his eye brows arched slightly. "Raise your arm fer me," Reiley said. "Pardon?" Sterling replied. "Go on, raise your arm," the doctor repeated. "My left one?" Sterling asked. "Aye, that would be the one I've taken an interest in," Reiley answered. Sterling's eyes narrowed a bit at the request, "Are ye daft man?"
  4. oh my word!! the torture continues.... oh well I could always lose a few pounds....**sigh**
  5. No I did not show him, after all that Pricketty stitching, he would have been too blurry eyed to read it. I shall send him the info post haste though...and the picture of that brown 1720s coat...
  6. Thanks GOF! Tis truly high praise indeed coming from such a devoted researcher as yerself. Thanks to folks like you, Kass, Foxe and Blackjohn, we manage to do what we do, as well as we do it. So give yerself a pat on the back for me!! Hey could you consider flying into the States for RF2?
  7. Aye tis true indeed. Fine words Mistress McKinney and now that I am back "in voice" Cap'n Pete I certainly want ye to know ye were the very best of company!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Good Cap'n Pete! Twas a grand time had by all and twas a pleasure to finally meet you. I must apologize for the lack of voice that day, unfortunately it seems to happen quite often, but I am blessed with a crewe that is more than happy to jump in and carry on for me. So me lads clean up right nicely fer Sundays do they not? Worked hard they did to do so, I might add. And though I will sound most biased, tis the truth I speak when I say, a finer group of people CANNOT be found on the seven seas nor dry land. They are the best at what they do, including and foremost, being friends ye can always trust yer back to. And you Sir, only added to the enjoyment of being in such fine company. You are a rare treat, playing off the crowd so well and bringing extra sparkle to all the day's fun. I wish I could have been in fine voice, there are many questions I wished to ask you, instead of having to go through the actress on many occassions...I do hope things will be different in that regard come RF2. I am glad you can join up with us then again. It will surely be a time to remember! As for Cheeky posting yer portrait by the front gate as the person to bar, she was only jesting. I will drag ye in personally if need be or better yet send the Empress after ye. She is a marvel at such things, she always has my ear on any subject, usually clamped tightly betwix her thumb and forefinger... I have pmed ye with a few items that myself and The Archangel crewe would like to have you seriously consider. We do hope ye will consent to our request. Again, Sir, twas an honour to meet ye and finally shake yer hand and to spend the day was a blessing indeed!! As fer me presence, kind sir, must have been that haze of smoke from too many Spanish cigars .
  9. Oh that little Nit doesn't worry me none... except when he sneaks up behind me! ...Or sneaks up upon your blind side, Captain! You hate that when that happends! Oh that be what Mr. March is for... nothing like a great first officer!!!! :) :)
  10. Jacky chuckles softly, "They are loverly my good Captain, but as their lap dog ye have t' put up wit' fleas like Killingsworth!" Oh that little Nit doesn't worry me none... except when he sneaks up behind me!
  11. that's it...torture me!!! and after all that good cooking of Skittles this weekend... I had McDonalds for dinner... *SIGH*
  12. Sterling smiles at Aurore, winks at Lilly, than looks at Jacky Tarr..."If this is where it lands me, with the loveliest of women concerned about my pleasure and comfort.... I'll be a... ahem... lap dog any day!"
  13. Oi just because you can get the good stuff! Sushi
  14. "Ah...but if one is chained correctly....hmmm," Sterling pauses, blinking. "That didn't sound right... um..." She leans close to his hearing, " But, Sucre'....I do not recall any protests last eve." Sterling, now as red as his new coat, can only mumble..."Ahem..."
  15. "Well... I... um.... ahem.... err....." he quickly takes a seat next to Aurore. "That is how it is wit' french women, Captain Sterling. Ye can go t' the end of yer chain and bark; but, no further. Good boy!" "Ah...but if one is chained correctly....hmmm," Sterling pauses, blinking. "That didn't sound right... um..."
  16. "Ye mean..." Sterling shakes his head..."No, cannot possible be...."
  17. "Well... I... um.... ahem.... err....." he quickly takes a seat next to Aurore.
  18. "Now Lill, I don't hear ye complaining when I plunder yer booty!" Sterling chuckles wickedly. She looks shocked and blushes. "I shall take that as a compliment, Sir!" Yer booty be a compliment to yerself and any of the fortunate men who have.... Sterling stops as Aurore glares at him, then quickly whispers..."You know what I mean Lill!"
