I am certain that your dull witt and sharp tongue would be a great asset to the amusement...we've seen you in good sport in year's past. therefore, we are sure that with a little help of the 'green fairy' from Maddogge's private stock...you will in rare form. Hell no Reg. Yer on yer own, I am blessed with the fact that I won't actually have time fer ye or that actress of yers. I have far more important matters to attend to, even if it is only getting drunk. Now back to the business for which this thread was created. I need all tent footprints as soon as possible for those camping in the Fort. Captains and crewe leaders, if possible can you collect all the information for your crews and forward it along to me either here, via the Pub, or at the provided email addy below. Due to the change in location and the amount of space we have to work with and safety issues, I need to lay out streets and alleys and cook camps. My intent is to make sure crews stay together, but I cannot guarantee this if the information comes in via bits and pieces. I would be much obliged to groups forwarding all their participants' foot prints in one email. (archangeljhsterlingcpt@embarqmail.com) I want to make the new location as user friendly and as safe as possible for all crews, vendors, demos and spectators. Janet was careful to cook bacon while most of us were distracted by other things or away from camp. A prudent move when cooking bacon around armed pirates. Ohhh smart woman!!

Aye Cap'n, true enough.... I had actually considered going with the full-blown fop character, but couldn't quite wrap my head around some aspects of it. I figured if I did it once, I would have to do it every time I wore the outfit. **tsk, tsk, tsk** Fancy clothing do not make one a fop. The wealthy had access to fancy, better clothing all the time... now fops on the other hand, were not just about their clothing, but manners, speech, being effeminate but not necessarily gay, all of it was usually taken to extremes and rolled into one person, not exactly like but closer to being a ...what do they call em now adays? Metrosexual??. so not just the clothes... remember the mindset of the time period...

Those questions have already been put forth...awaiting answers still, but if they do play a part in the overall scheme of things, they will be taken into consideration when I lay out the tents. Odds are at least the Fort's dining fly will be used. It can provide much needed shade for spectators and participants alike, also a place for folks to eat as there will be food vendors.

They already smell like tar, they sat in it whilst rowing the Explorer Friday night...
