Honestly the safety meeting in the morning should be attended by everyone that wishes to be on the field during the battles or in any of the live action skits (whether they are toting a weapon or not!)... the more people hearing the same thing from the same person at the same time, the safer it is for everyone... instead of a constant game of telephone... he said, she said... this would also include all the free lancers as well... that way No ONE pulls some crazy stunt no one is expecting when there is powder present or uncovered steel. It also allows every one the chance to contribute with ideas on how they can add to what is going on... add mind you not completely change the entire day's routine... as for evening meetings those can be handled by one or two persons from each crewe... those should be more of discussing what worked and what didn't OR bringing up a potential safety concern that needs to be addressed prior to the next day. (although those should be addressed immediately)

Right then, none of the kids are allowed to wear Halloween costumes to school tomorrow... BUT all the other teachers have come up to me and asked if the captain was coming in. I said no, and they all couldn't understand why...."But it wouldn't be Halloween without the captain!" I thought it would be sending a mixed message to the kids... do as I say not as I do... so now all the kids are allowed to come dressed as their favorite hero...Damn and I was all packed for PiP!!!

Silkie, the snotties, my two guests and myself should be pulling in sometime Wednesday... we'll be driving through all night Tuesday. Maddogge is arriving on Wednesday as well, flying in...

No offense to Willie, but I'd quit before I gave up Dogge... although the Mistress is up for trade... ye can have her...cheap... No worries. We have Sir Publix and Master Albertson's nearby to satiate our hunger for sweets (and they don't smell like wet poodle). Plus, oh, the Cupcake store -- that's is a wonderful place to get Key Lime Cupcakes. On second thought, screw the trade -- I forgot about the cupcakes there. -- Hurricane Damnation, can't give 'er away! Could I join ye at the cupcake store at least?
