They're retired -- can you tell?

I am just a soft lap on a hard floor:

    ;) Greyhounds!!! I love greyhounds!!!!

I would adopt a couple, but we have too many cats, and I think my Grandmother would have a fit if I brought anymore pets home! :P

  2. Just updating my job now that I have time too :) Sadly Knott's was unable to keep me on as a Scenic painter but I was able to turn around a month and a half later and land a Job as a Billing and account services rep for a local computer game maker.

I was stoked as it's a very good foot in the door and they're willing to help out with my schooling since I'm majoring in their field.

  3. Ellipticals are a head trip, that's for sure. My first time on one about killed me - I only lasted about two minutes before I had to call it quits and get off.

It's definately something you have to build up to. I would try working out on the stationary bikes, or running before you try the Ellipticals - I know it took me at least a couple of weeks before I could try again (I just didn't have the stamina)

However once you start working out on them, they're actually quite fun. I believe you get a better work out on the Ellipticals, and another bonus that I've noticed is that time seems to pass quicker when you're on them

  4. A bit belated, but believe it or not, this is the first chance I've had to breathe since October ended. Since I work Halloween Haunt, I was the same thing every night - a 'wicked' wench in Red Beard's Revenge.

Here's a photo of me and my makeup artist on Halloween. I'd post up one of my full costume but my scanner isn't working...

  5. Wheee - I get to post again since we're pretty much done with build crew for Knott's Scary Farm.

I drove up with my friend Katy on Friday and we stayed with Rogues Cove which was down close to the docks. If you saw a girl wandering around with red, black, and blonde dreads on Saturday, well, I was the girl in the reddish skirt following in her shadow.

Didn't have as much fun as I expected but that was mostly because I was really really out of it from work. My body is still on night schedule, so I spent most of the day sleeping at the encampment.

I did get dragged to see Out of Kontrol a couple of times by Katy which proved to be interesting. As the day went on the more they drank, and the more they drank the more interesting the acts got. They broke me a few times.

Drove out around 1 on Sunday so we could get home with time to rest and clean up before work.

I'm really sorry the smoke made you sick Rumba. I hope you feel better soon.

  6. Didn't know where to post this - and it's not like I post much anymore - but I figured I give everyone a heads up anyways. Build Crew for the Halloween Haunt started about a month ago, I was hired on as a scenic painter so I'll be working nights from now till the end of October.

In other words, I'll see ya all again in November. Til then B)

  7. Check out "Jeff Dunham, Arguing with myself" he's and incredible and funny ventriloquist, nothing to fear from him.

I've heard he's really really good. A friend was able to see him at the Improv awhile back - I've been told several times since then that I missed out on a really good show.

As for myself, I realized yesterday that despite the fact that I was in choir for four years, I get severe stage fright when it comes to Kareoke. Go figure.

  8. Having said that, I have a whole new collection of beads, and I have repaired my computer screen.... ladies?

lol, nice - though I hate to break it to ya but I'm having a feeling you'll have the same amount of luck you did last time...

  9. Still working for the local cable company as Customer Service. My days here are numbered though, I'm counting them down til the 28th when I'll go to work at Knott's as Scenic Painter.

Apparently you can put a price on happiness - it's exactly $3.00

  10. Diosa and I met at Pirates in Paradise as friends. Never thought it would go farther than that. I moved 3,000 miles to be with her. Now I've been in Florida for two years now and we just got married six times in a weekend - five at Disney World for the cameras at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride opening and for real at the Pirates Adventure Dinner Theatre...

Pirate and wench, happy ever after in the sunny part of the world.

That is a gorgeous dress your wife is wearing!

  11. ... I started getting friend requests left and right from some interesting types.

...heh, heh...*cough, cough, drool*...be my friend? *hack*...

 Pretty much. I finally broke down and changed my privacy settings

Strangest one yet has been - you look freaky hot in that make up, you should wear it when we *&%$.

    I loves the spam button.

  12. I'm on there - I may have accidently deleted some requests in the past couple of days though, as soon as I changed my status to single I started getting friend requests left and right from some interesting types.

That said, if you want to request me just send me a message first so I know where you all are coming from :)
