  3. So...Ransom sent me a private message asking me why I don't have something warmer available, what with winter breathing down our necks. (forehead slap) I'm adding sweatshirts, pull-over hoodies and zipper hoodies in men's sizes. These will be $27.00, $35.00 and $40.00 respectively, and I'll update the top post.
  4. Are they plain or patterned? If patterned, they could be the descendants of earlier blankets of Spanish origin, and a little research might be in order. If plain, I don't see the harm. I've used wool army blankets before. I simply chose neutral colors and blankets with no pattern, imprint or numbering.
  5. Bump I'm not kidding. If you aren't logging time on your feet, start today. You have two weeks to get yourself used to a little leg time.
  6. I don't know, but I will find out tomorrow.
  7. I want pictures of your award winning camp. STAT!
  8. Take a camera and snap off lots of pictures.
  9. Yes, I know. I'm getting overly excited with Mercury stuff of late, but hey...what can I say? I like pirate t-shirts. That said, I'm taking orders for the Mercury t-shirt. Shirts will be available on men's t-shirts and tanks, as well as women's baby doll t-shirts and tank tops. All shirts are 100% cotton and will feature the Mercury flag on the back and a piratey emblem on the front which reads 'nuntius mortis'...Messenger of Death. If I can get enough orders prior to PIP, Fayma has agreed to receive a box of shirts at the festival and pass them out to those who order them in the next week. Shirts are $20.00, which includes shipping to anywhere in the US and Canada. Sweatshirts are $27.00, pull-over hoodies are $35.00 and zipper hoodies are $40.00. When ordering sweatshirts and hoodies, please use men's sizes only. Please send paypal payments to sweet_h2o@excite.com The Men's t-shirt and Women's Tank top are shown. The final sizing of art might vary a little. This is just an approximation to show the artwork.
  10. Thank you for the timely updates throughout the year and your hard work on site. Good luck with this year's event.
  11. Having spent the night with the racoons in Golden Gate Park, I have a hard time acquainting your RV with 'homelessness'.
  12. The Roll Call has been updated once again. Please review the first page and see if we are missing pirates or listing ones who will not be in attendance.
  13. Two hours closer to Utah, or two hours further away?
  14. Read, yes. Commit to memory...no. (hangs head in shame)
  15. We may have to pass one around through the mail and get it signed by all.
  16. Elegant in simplicity. Very nice work. I can't wait to see it in metal.
  17. I need a surname for alphabetical arrangement.
  18. Actually no, it's up to you. I don't have a kind of, sort of section. Stand and be counted!
  19. Yes he does take after Tracy and I don't mind saying so. Liam was sitting in her lap just yesterday and I noted to myself how much he looks like her in profile, not to mention that his eyes are more like hers. You have to have seen her eyes up close to know just how lucky Liam will be as he grows up. Girls are going to love his eyes. He looks good in my hat and he has my smile.
  20. Jim kept the watch as well as he had ever done before. He let the Watch Dog venture as far as canvas would carry her, tacking along a wide course. With the coming of day the real hurts to the Watch Dog could be seen, though there were few. Badger had already set men to the damaged bell and wherever a hit could be found from small shot here and there, men were employed in mending at these scars with wood, pitch and paint. The Navarra was still falling off to their port quarter as they tacked again across an unfavorable wind. The Navarra looked no worse for wear as she traveled low in the water, an all too pregnant prize in these waters. Jim noted her many times as orders and instructions came and went from the holy ground. The rest was work.
  21. Excellent. Make the children carry the water! How close was this event to home?
  22. All of the material for the flag arrived and Tracy has begun to sew the flag. To prepare for the individual pieces of the flag I had to create a pattern using 19 sheets of 11 x 17 and then tape them together. I could have used the overhead projector, but using a pattern seemed more appropriate. I photographed it using Liam for scale.
  23. That's awesome. The fish hat really sells it.
  24. Welcome aboard. I've just created a Muster list for the Mercury, so that crew members that feel removed from the Whole Company can find fellow crewmates closer to them. http://pyracy.com/index.php?showtopic=16119
