On a happy note, as of noon, light, sweet crude for November delivery traded $4.26, or 5.7%, lower at $70.28 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after falling below $70 for the first time since August 2007. Brent crude on the ICE futures exchange traded $4.35 lower at $66.45 a barrel. Beats the hell out of $147 like it was earlier this year.

What brought me here? The spinach pie. (OK, it's an inside joke...) I was searching for historical information on piracy and stumbled on this place. To the delight of some and chagrin of others, I stayed.
