I picked up 4 packs yesterday!I love this game! The guy who runs my favorite comic shop had a surplus of them. This is a great game. I like how after playing you can dismantle your ships and erratta and place them back in the card they came from. I played on the dining room table last night and it can get quite tactical.

Arghh... This weekend isn't going to happen.. nor the next few. Turns out I am the only costumer at the theater I just started volunteering at and I have to crank out about 15 ensembles by the end of the month. (9 of those being Caribbean influanced Tudors. Don't ask.)

I love this pattern. So far it's the best looking pirate pattern I seen in wide commercial distribution. I am impresed with the detailing that went into including the breeches. I just have to decise on materials and I'll probably have one sewn up by next weekend.

Aye.... I may be makin' me journy there too.

My deepest sorrow for your numerous losses. Many of us have lost loved ones so don't think that you are alone for a moment. I went nuts buying the Mechwarrior figs! I love the collectable figure system better than collectable cards, imo. I was kinda let down by the Crimson Skies because I loved the book, and I loved the game, but the game mechanics lack an expandable infrastructure. Now I am looking forward to the new franchise!!!! This is going to be grand!

Has anyone ever taken the Jolly Roger cruise in Barbados or Antigua? I didn't think much about it until I saw the plank walking. I'm planning a trip to the Caribbean now! Speaking of Caribbean... a few years ago the family and I were on a cruise in the Bahamas an we visited the Pirate Museum in Nassau. Well worth the visit! Entertaining as well as educational.

I'm from Ohio, but alas I make berth in Florida now. The Ohio Ren Faire may be a good excuse to come back and see some relitives!

What a wonderful occurance that Christopher Lee was able to book end the Star Wars franchise with his long, deceased freind Peter Cushing. Together the two of them gave me many a sleepless night with the body of work they produced with the Hammer films. This was one of the first pirate movies my children and I watched a long time ago. Much to the chagrin of thier mother we were marching around the sofa table as the opening score played.
