primered the hull -

found some old tapering fiberglass street light poles. They were 16 foot high which is too high to be road worthy so I cut a section out and used the lower section to mount to a 2 x 6 plank down the centerline of the inside of the hole. removed about 3 feet of the remaining piece and it slides inside the mounted mast base. -

took me a couple of weeks to get it ready to move. Bought two new tires & wheels, $72 each cost more than the boat & trailer.
