Hello C' I have indicated to Darrell D. we are at around 9 tents indicated............would be good if i could get an updated confirmation by the end of the week to let Darrell D. Saturday I bought a Pirate Sea Service Pike pistol at a gun show....I will be posting pictures tommorow....I need help identifying this gun....The person I bought this from has not seen anything like this and he has seen collecting for 50 years.... It is in great shape and the detailing is very interesting...it has silver coarsing in the handle and under the barrel on the stock....the butt has been shaved down and a pike was installed...so its a gun with a pike/axe at the end.....the interresting thing is that it does not have a ramrod holder.......any thoughts Bretheren ?

I bought the bed from a antique mall mate I didn't make it someone in the 1700s did all I had to do was put it toget and add the rope. Hello Bright Just bought my bed and it looks almost exactly like yours....couple of questions....do you know what period its from...no one at the store knew....also do the side rail pegs have to be facing down ????? my bed puts together with the side rails in the up offset 15 degree configuration. Head and foot boards pegs are upright. Also what dia. rope and rope length did you use ? i studied your photo and made a stringing detail.....and are the ropes on the side pegs wrapped around two pegs as are the ones on the head and foot boards????????????? Bretheren.... I got off the phone with Darrell D. (FDC coordinator)..... the 40th event web page is now posted.......Please read the rules and reg's....Last time for set up is 6/4 (night) and last time for take down is 6/8....because the Crew of the Mercury has volenteered to run the tug of war events (two times on Saterday and Sunday) the Fort has decided to wave the $20 per tent camping fee's for all of us.........fire wood and water is furnished.....also the web page will be changed to indicates that "Pirates " will be attending this event and partakeing in the events......... i have to give the Fort a tent count next week...it looks like we are at 9 tents....please help me out with the math......... Well....I got me tent and stuff droped off by the freighter last night (UPS truck....sorry) and this week end setting it up out back.....may be stay in it a night or two....to break it in...........Yo Ho ! I am ready for FDC
