  1. Will, Count me in for a pike head to go with the fantastic axe and grapnel hook I got from you last year. Nice looking piece. Cheers Sebastian
  2. Gentleman and ladies, I have listed an unused .735 Lyman single cavity mold for sale. This will include the single cavity mold, the handles, and instructions. Looking at $50.00 for this item-it lists for 80 plus on their website. Also listed is a 1640's-1690's Doglock Pistol from Loyalist Arms. This pistol has not been shot or even sparked. Iron hardware-not brass. Looking to get 230.00 for it (lists for 305 on website). Pics available by emailing me at piratesebastian@aol.com. Your continued servant, Sebastian
  3. Well isn't that special. I am working on a Long John silver costume like the great Chuck Heston, and something like that would be a nice belt dagger as he wore. Smashing work as always. Cheers Sebastian
  4. Very fine indeed. Do you turn your own barrels. If not, can I ask you where you get them as well as such a nifty little lock. Cheers Sebastian
  5. Wes, Here is another baldric for consideration. Always willing to trade for bits and pieces. This one just needs a good home. Cheers Sebastian
  6. Wes, are you sure we aren't separated at birth. I'm 42 and have been reenacting Ancient Rome, Viking, French and Indian, Rev War, and Cowboy for the past 15-20 years. Started in piracy due to the more congenial folks. I got two boys and am into making things very few people want anymore as well. Anyhow, I have been a member, but did not introduce myself to the forum until recently. Cheers to you, Sebastian
  7. Truth be told, I run a pirate themed birthday party business. This gives me ample opportunity for recruitment as any given month has me in front of 15-45 kids telling stories, teaching pirate speech, learning piratical skills etc. All that said and done, I usually throw a large pirate themed party for the upcoming holy day of TLAP, this year however, we are holding off on the party for a variety of reasons. That does not mean that I will be idle. A few cohorts and I will drink a little rum, sing a few songs, play a few games, and carry on like good lads and lasses. Cheers to you, Sebastian
  8. Not to take away from Mr. Bagley's fine work, but I can suggest a leather worker who made a fine port. for me. www.pepespossibles.com His work is top notch and I have acquired many leather items from him over the years (the portmanteau, several belts, a fantastic scabbard and from for my sword, a cartridge box and a wallet). All great work and have held up over the years of hard labor that my wife has placed me under. Cheers Sebastian
  9. Thanks for the greetings. Here is another pic of me in my element-sharing pirate tales with the wee ones. BTW, the lass looking away is me niece, she rarely looks me in the eye anyway. Always looking to increase the pirate count across this great country. Cheers Sebastian

  14. Just a recommendation, me hearties. This book, 'Flint and Silber' by Drake is a fine read for those still besotten with the Treasure Island theme. Not as dark as the book 'Silver' from a few years back, but still a nice piece of reading while sipping a fine rum by the fire. Your continued servant, Sebastian Arms
  15. I have the loyalist arms doglock pistol and love it. It sparks well, makes a loud bang, and hits a close target. All in a period correct pistol. I also have a Middlesex Village blunderbuss. Definitely a Hyundai, but I have stipped off the factory finish, removed a lot of stock from the wrist, browned the metal parts and gave a dark stain with lots of boiled linseed oil rubbed into the stock. Looks great, has character and, to my understanding, period appropriate. I bought the Loyalist from their shop (can't remember the price) and the blunderbuss from a friend for $175.00. Because I like staying married, I do not see myself getting a custom period pistol at this time. Your servant Sebastian
  16. Please do send me a PM and I will forward pics of the items you want to see. I have not yet figured out how to post pictures on the forum. Your servant, Sebastian (aka Greg)

  19. I found the mystery game too limiting on the number of crew mates. It is good for about a dozen, but I hope you have more at your party than that. Cheers, Sebastian
