It's been pretty frigid lately, especially at night. If at all we got more moisture it could actually snow down here in Southern California. We have had freak storms before.

Had snow here in AZ today. Not enough to stick, but enough to say it was snowing.

And all the people at the post office looked at me like I was some kinda weirdo! Just 'cause I was wearin' a long-sleeved t-shirt with shorts and flip flops.....

WOW Matt..snow in AZ is as rare as rain. Depending on what part o course. I lived in Phoenix for two years. Lizards, prairie dogs, sand devils, and a mud storm which I shall not forget. Mostly it was nice tho. And Oranges an Lemons all over th place.

Here this AM its sorta warm, but the distinct smell of snow is in the air.

It's so foggy here in jolly olde England that I can't see the back yard through the windows. Frost on the ground. Snow sure to come at any moment. Boy, I miss Florida!

When I was in Chicago last week, it was during a spate of spring weather. Lots of snow on the ground, but it was raining and in the upper 40's to mid-50's. It was warmer there than at home! Of course, I had to fashion a pile of skulls out of a snowdrift...

At nearly 11am, it's in the 60's with overcast, greyish-white skies. Had a bit of drizzle this morning, but that's stopped. Had this been a weekend or holiday this would have called for staying home with a few movies, a warm blanket and a tankard of warm spiced cider.

We got a lot of snow here but it's kinda been raining a lot. So the good news is the streets are bare but that's about it. What about all of you?

I was looking for the old "weather" topic so I could combine it and I discovered that you started that one too, Silent! Did you forget about it?

I'm going to combine them. I'm one of those mods that generally likes to have topics in one place if it makes sense. (Plus, if we don't revive the old topics, the powers-that-be delete all the older threads on occasion to save on memory. So I like to revive some of them to save them in the face of danger and almost certain death. )

It's in the upper 50's today with overcast skies. We're supposed to get rain at some point that'll continue on through tomorrow and possibly even Friday.

It rained for a while on Monday evening. Made for an adventure at the Pirates n' Princess party at WDW.

It's finally starting to warm up around here. It was fairly cold (as in the teens and twenties at night.) We'd probably have had snow, but it's also been very dry. It's still dry, but about ten degrees warmer.

The worst of the thunderstorms didn't hit central FL until the past hour or so. Heard there is tornado or high wind damage a little up north. Had to text a friend in the area to see if she was alright (and she is). It rained buckets!
