Capt Rusty Wild Rice Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 as well move it to Fort Jefferson for that matter. It has about as much to do with pirates as Fort Taylor. My introduction to tall ships and the Keys was sailing a schooner with a group of Boy Scouts out to Fort Jefferson every week for a summer. I think that would be a great place for a pirate festival.
