Insubordination Seditious Malevolent Anarchy After a little research on the phrase "Ship of Fools," the earliest reference I can find is from Sebastian Brant’s Narrenschiff (Ship of Fools), the first edition released in 1494.

Cap'n Coyote Posted October 14, 2003 Posted October 14, 2003 I have but one suggestion. The Barrel That way it's everyone's day in the barrel every day. Umm, I'm assuming that everyone here knows the joke. -Blackeye Susan Rumors of my death were right on the money.
Blackeye Susan Posted October 14, 2003 Posted October 14, 2003 Barrel as in Keg of rum? Or as in barrel of a gun? Not exactly. If you don't know the joke, I believe someone posted it fairly early in the pirate jokes thread. I've told it once or twice before(I prefer to sing the musical version), but I never get the same laugh as when a guy tells it.
Cap'n Coyote Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 Hey, Redd! When's the vote? Rumors of my death were right on the money.
Cap'n Coyote Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 Scusi? Was that another suggestion? Or are you chastising me for some reason? Rumors of my death were right on the money.
