Charity Posted November 25, 2005 Author Posted November 25, 2005 Although we don't have it i talked and thought about it a lot and realised how lucky i was with whom and what i still have :) And today i went christmas shopping again, i'm in the mood esp now we have our first snow It's still wet and soggy but looks pretty anyway and more (dry) snow is promised over the weekend. I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday :)

callenish gunner Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 had a good day made4 pies (2 black rum walnut pumpkin pies & 2 scots minced meat pies) and a 28 lb turkey and enough of me prize winning dressing to sink a frigate ....and there was enough wine to refloat it and then got back to my humble abode and found that the water heater had burst and flooded the house ....lost about half a years drawings but it could have been worse i could have come home to no home at all
Christine Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Hope ye all had a great one! I got back in from LA tonight and now I'm recupperating. It was a great couple of days, very kick back and relaxing. Ah, le sigh.......now back to work tomorrow and work all the way thru til next Wednesday. Ugh!
