Red-Handed Jill
Big breakfast this morning (for me, anyway) - half a bowl of oatmeal with some walnuts, cinnamon and a wee bit of brown sugar, a scoop each of scrambled eggs and potatoes, a banana and half a glass of orange juice. I was watching the guys further up the breakfast buffet line; they were grabbing mounds of bacon and sausages and each made at least one waffle with all the fixings - at least 3,000 calories in just one meal! Sigh - they were young and still immortal. Just wait, lads...

Red-Handed Jill
Oooh - I LOVE the chili lime almonds. Went to Fresh Choice today. I was good - salad with lots of veggies and balsamic vinegar (wee bit of olive oil) and a small bowl of lentil soup.

Cheeky Actress
Now tonight I'm eating breaded flounder filets.....exactly like the fish sticks served in the school cafeteria, yum! And you're still eating them?! Brave man, you are! Not much of a dinner tonight...more like picking over the left overs in the fridge. Warmed up chicken and rice, carrots, half a apple and a dove ice cream bar. Ya, I'll be able to fit into my Halloween costume if I keep eating like this!
