Drop the Plundering, Pylos Parker sounds pretty good. Or, find a ship trade, like a Cooper, and could be known as Cooper Parker. One does not have to extend their piratey name to some silly fantasy pirate name. Unless you do more of the fantasy pirate, then by all means, use the Plunder Pylos Parker. Depends upon how you wish to be viewed as a pirate. And as Hurricane mentioned, most times... that name is often decided for ye by others or changes.
