cannon fuse at pip

we were using some nice cannon fuse that spike had at pip. it was white paper wrapped with a light thread around it. does anyone know where it came from and how to get more of it?

If it was the 3-part fuse that burned really quickly ~ it may have been from Vintage Sailor. I gave a sample to Captain Sterling ~
