Merrydeath Posted November 25, 2009 Share Posted November 25, 2009 greetings all, (typing 1 handed for a while) thank yu Lady B for the post!I had surgery on the 20th for a torn right rotator cuff.. means they had to ruffen up the end of the shoulder and sew little threads into it to reattach the cartlidge. I'll be off work at least 1 month and any heavy lifting for a year while it re=graffs. I have some heavy drugs to take for pain especially during therapy to make the arm rotate again.. that started monday! luckily my surgeon is trained on atheletes and not retirees.. he knows i need to get back to fests and faires! my daughter and last next of kin I trust is moving to japan next month for 3 years and taking my sweety grandson with her. I had to have the surgery now or miss having anyone to help. .. merde. :) good note, my PTherapist is happy with my rotation and will work with me til i can move, and my daughter will get to travel over asia, close to her sister in S Korea. thanks all... i have missed yu will i got my house in order.. litrally.
