Real metal would take a lot of work to make the mold and cast it.... but something simple like sculpy or epoxy putty, would have to be attached to a metal armband.... then everythign painted and maybe (imitation) gold leafed...... But then there is the weight of it to consider..... I'll do a search for friendly plastic..... maybe that would work....
