WOW!! Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely have to try and make it. I have recently become interested in making Mead's and such. And I am hoping to become an apprentice to a master brewer that I met this year at Pennsic. His encampment is right next to ours. The group shared alot of their Meads, Wines, and Absinthe with us.
