Hi, my name is Saber and I'm an alc.... wait, wrong again.... **checks the script** AH HA! It says here that I am Captain of the Seventh Sin, an indipendantly run pirate vessel out of Denver, not to be confused with or associated with the Colorado Rogues. I've got a medium ish sized crew ('bout ten of us, one lives in california though) Been spendin' most of my time trying to get the ship out into the publuc eye as being a re-enactment group with a focus on a little bit of community educating and accuracy without turning into another Robert Louis Stevenson cum Disney ripoff. Outside of piracy, I own a small IT business doing contract work for companies as well as individuals. the ship can be found here: http://ss.kattbox.net the IT work is here: http://kattbox.net

Ransom Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 So, you fancy hanging out at the Pub, eh? A fine place, to be sure, and no doubt where all seven of the deadly sins can be found - in one form or another. Holds out embossed silver goblet stolen...err, borrowed...from a French merchantman. "I'll have me usual, French bubbly with a shot of tattoo. Gramercy." Welcome to the Pub, mate. ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold... You can do everything right, strictly according to procedure, on the ocean, and it'll still kill you. But if you're a good navigator, a least you'll know where you were when you died.......From The Ship Killer by Justin Scott. "Well, that's just maddeningly unhelpful."....Captain Jack Sparrow Found in the Ruins — Unique Jewelry Found in the Ruins — Personal Blog
Seventh_sinner Posted August 7, 2007 Author Posted August 7, 2007 We are running on a smaller Spanish Friggate, 30 guns and a little over a hundred foot long, I dont have any pictures as of yet though I will try to locate a rough approxamation. The 'Sin came under my captaincy at roughly the same time as the Spanash ship, The Quixote vanashed from service. There is no relation, I assure you. My prior ship, The Harbinger, Similer in design to a Norsk Knarr, took one too many shots in a rather close escape out of StoneHaven harbor. Suffice to say tht I am no longer welcome there

Rumba Rue Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Welcome to the Pub! Keep your arms and legs about you and just hand over the booty for safekeeping ....well you didn't expect it back did you?
Seventh_sinner Posted August 7, 2007 Author Posted August 7, 2007 You would have to fight two very possessive women for my booty, but a share of the treasure wil gladly be shared... if ye' earn it

Capt. Sterling Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Welcome to the pub. I'll settle for a pot of tea at the moment, beginning to think Bart Roberts truly had the right idea! "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/
