Jib Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Taking a few members of the crew to the Bristol Faire on August 11th and maybe the 12th. Any chance we'll see any of you?
CapnJake Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Taking a few members of the crew to the Bristol Faire on August 11th and maybe the 12th. Any chance we'll see any of you? Bounding Main will be performing just a few miles away at the Kenosha Days of Discovery-Tall Ships event. This won't be as immersive as the Port Washington Pirate Festival but there will be tall ships and sea shanty singers such as David HB Drake, Tom & Chris Kastle and, of course, Bounding Main. You can see the event schedule here. Bounding Main WILL be at Bristol the weekend of August 18-19, and it would be wonderful to see our friends from the Pyracy Pub out there! Fair winds! Aye, Now I know what dates to plan to go to the faire. Since I missed you in Port Washington, I will definatly have to be there for Bristol. Depending on finances I might pop out to the Talls Ships to hear you as well.

Merrydeath Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 I am still without my derringer, Lucky, that I lost at the MNRF. The young lady who managed to find my gun packed it away and still cant find it, dang it all. I miss that gun! JIB, sir, I'm not sure when or how I can make it, but I will certainly try! CrazyCholeBlack Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Oh phooy, I'll be at Pirates of Paynetown down in Indiana that weekend. Bummer, maybe I'll catch up with you all another time. Jib Posted June 28, 2007 Author Posted June 28, 2007 Too bad about the pistol MD. I was under the assumption that she gave it back to you at the restaurant. A shame, it was a beauty!
Red Bess Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 (and all lads and lasses, pray that my lawyer is better then my ex's, or there wont be much traveling...) Take what you can - give nothing back! A good motto for all legal transactions. I do hope you'll be able to make it to MN -- I doubt Sea Rover or I will be able to swing a trip to Bristol, but we'll see.... Jib Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 Love to see both Red Bess and Sea Rover (and kids?) at MRF again this season!

Would be lovely to see you again at MNRF this year! 'indeed, BD!' says MD. I knew I knew you from somewhere.. I'll have to make a trip to MNRF if just to have some rum at the pub. I'd love to go to Bristol but it looks like my schedule won't permit unless I can move dates around, and I don't forsee it. JIB, she didnt' have the gun at the restaurant but I did meet her there. I guess I'll have to try calling her again.. sigh. have a Shroom or two for me, lads and lasses! Pirate Lass with sass, brass, a cutlass, an a nice *ss. Crowsnest Kate Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 I'll be at Bristol on the 11th. I may just take a side trip into Kenosha since there will be tall ships there. The lake is only about a half an hour away from Bristol.
