    If you really like the west coast ships....,The Lady Washington., The Royalist., and the Hawaiian Chieftain...., then youd HAVE TO LIKE THESE., theyre classic., and beautiful and if they werent ., then Disney wouldnt be using one of them for the new film.

    Garden Schooner is a smooth looking ship to aye., I just liked the little 55ft Black and Red as you know a ship is an expensive animal....., and so the 52 ft mark seperating the big ones from the little ones puts the 55 ft at just the right place for me......., :ph34r: there is a HUGE differance between 51 feet and 52 feet you know....,I hope to get above 52..., we will see.., coupla more years to go and I will find out for sure.

    ..Where did you get the Queen Anne in Kit from??.,All that I have been able to find are already put together. In Kit form I would be more inclined ta be customizing it more than I would say one of my others that was purchased as a finished piece. By the way nice work.

    Not thier Buss no...., however it also is a good looking critter..., no I got the 2 Sea Service Pistols., the long and the short with the belt hooks..., nice price I am very excited to get them., I ordered today., they said I can expect them within 10 days..., not bad...., kinda hard to go postal with a "lock" eh? hehehehehehe

    Sashes

    here is a sashe made by snowbird her sashes are now much longer than this., this was a first., she made me a red and white striped sashe 13 ft for a double wrap and plenty left over as well as 8 inches wide ., hers are 30 bux and there a cotton twill no flash and minimal shrinkage of course you can choose your own fabrics and colors.., the headbands were 10 bux 6 inches wide and 7 feet long for plenty of extra in the back

    for the most part she does renn pieces but she had no problem making anything I asked for ..,she is negotiable and has custom made me a lot of pieces I found her very reasonable and fast

    Faire vs Re-enactment

    I am fairly new at this., I realize I need to beat my new clothing into the ground., and get really scroungy looking to be authentic..., but i am not gonna. I also know my outkit is not authentic in fabrics or exact period costuming and i may not fit in.., I also know there are not many piranical events close by my area. There fore however my kit is I must know in my heart the time and money spent to custom things for me., was paid for by me ., ordered by me., picked out by me., FOR ME.., to PLEASE ME.

    So whether or not anyone else likes it., I do., so for TALL ships I know I can wear it., as there is so many people in Seattle for such an event., people are generally having a good time anyway with out a technical care in the world really that I can be me there.

    The rest of the time when i can wear my outfit., itll be for me.., and not re-enactments.,or faires as there arent many here., so really all in all it is for me., I am glad I have my kit and additional pieces so I can play pirate if I want too. It's a Democracy..., I love it. F R E E D O M :blink:

    the Birthday Dirge song?.., i wish I had a copy of it I could print.,Its awesome.., I wonder who., and when it was wrote..., Kinda neat...., hmmmmm A photo in yer Birthday suit eh?..., mmm As close as I could get would still be in the tricorn.., and well Washingtons is pretty cold an wet..., so maybe..., Tricorn and Boots., with birthday suit., so I can kep my feet an head dry.,
