I just got back from Cozumel. It was a beautiful trip. Not sure if there is any pirate history there, but great diving.

I too make berth in the Pacific NW. I'm from Portland and I live in Eugene now and spend time in both places often.

I visited Grand Cayman a few years ago when tey were rebuilding the turtle farm. I hope it wasn't torn apart too bad. Grand Cayman is a beautiful place for diving and just vacation.

Im working at a salon right now, and although I'm not a stylist I know a little about em. if your hair is longish already you dont need extensions. Dreads work best for africian americans, but caucasians can do it also. The best bet would be to go somewhere to get them done, but you can do em yourself if you want. Just buy some dreadwax and section off pieces of hair, braid and then rat them with the wax, the wax contianer might have directions on it also. There's also stuff you can buy for more temporary 'dreads' too. It gives the similar effect, but washes out at the end of the day. hope that helps. you'll have to show us some pics if you end up doing them.

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel on his crotch. The bartender says "you know, you have a steering wheel attached to your crotch." The pirate says..."Arrr, it drives me nuts!"

I recently had myself a similar pirate party. At PartyMart they sell a game called "pin the pirate on the treasure." I gave prizes to whoever got closest. It was quite a good time...espically after a few drinks o' grog.

Wow. I guess real pirates are still on a roll. Do you think people in these areas would be offended by our piratical garb? (pirate/jolly roger t-shirts, etc.)??? Just an interesting thought....

I saw Dodgeball. it was just as I expected...not a "good" film by any means, but fun and entertaining. I agree that Steve The Pirate gave it an added bonus. I felt so bad for him at the end I am a big fan of funny movies of the Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller genre too.

Aye. It be dependin on the man....For example: Capt Jack Sparrow looks good with the long locks...it wouldnt work for everyone. As for it being well kept, I don't my man to look prettier than meself.
