YOU are what this event is all about! I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful time I had this weekend. I never laughed so hard in my life…it is an honor knowing you all! To Robbie and the twins, thanks for coming all the way from Florida, y’all are wonderful people and I enjoyed every moment with you and I hope to see you at PIP this year…if not sooner! To Michael Bagley and his beautiful Jessica, it was a lovely pleasure meeting you both. Michael you are welcome to bring mead ANYTIME and Jessica thank you so much for letting me doll you up before the ball. I hope you were happy with the ‘bunny’ patch. You both looked stunning that night. Sadly, it does not feel like we had enough time together (isn’t that how it goes?) So, in the future we must make sure we network enough that we can do more events together. Lastly, to the Crewe of the Archangel – You are all a bunch of rag-tag scallywags…God Bless you all! I shall have pictures for you in the next couple of days. I have finally gotten my computer back from the shop and will be downloading them. Again, remember RF5 is only a year away!

  17. Those who have rooms can order room service, but that too is very costly. Last year, I did see a few people order pizza and it was delivered to the room. But there is pizza (Pizza Hut) available down near the water resort. Breakfast foods and Lunch foods will be available to purchase in the Paramount Ball room. I am looking at various take out places in the area, but most of them are pizza places. The Mall is about 10 mins away (if you have a car) and offers a various places.
  18. FYI - Just to let everyone know - ADVANCE SALE TICKETS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ALSO - Discount rooms are no longer available.
  19. Just an FYI...there is an ATM machine in the Sheraton Hotel...just in case. Thought most of you would like to know.
  20. Well, it looks like Johnny is stepping out of Pyrate Character and into the 1930s Gangster Mode! The film he is doing is called, "Public Enemies" based on the book by Bryan Burrough of the same name. It is scheduled for release in 2009. The story is about the Feds who try to take down notorious American gangsters John Dillilnger, Baby Face Nelson and Pretty Boy Floyd during a booming crime wave in the 1930s. I understand they are looking for vintage cars of the time period - hmm...have to call Master March to see if he'd like to lend his car to the movie! Johnny will be in Wisconsin from April until the end of June (whereabouts unknown - of course) but wouldn't it be grand to have him make a guest appearance at Port Washington Pyrate Feast 2008?! Though I may be dreaming....GOSH! It would be nice.
  21. Feeling?! I've been through Hell this past weekend. I am greatful that my faith and friends were there to pull me through!
