Awesome skin, whoever made it is very talented. :)

The skin will be as close as I can possibly get it with my knowledge and help from others....and however much you are able to make 1.0 skins look like 1.2

By the way I should probably let you guys know that I'll be here to remake your lovely skin for Invision Board 1.2 :) It's coming along quite nicely, but it won't be exactly like this (there's certain things that can't be done in 1.2)
