Agreed. Jack was one of the worst parts of POTC, I mean come on the guy was an awful pirate and who isn't sick of seeing Jack Sparrows at every f*ing event you attend???? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Depp most of the time, and I enjoyed the movies, but I enjoyed them because of Geoffry Rush's great performance as Barbossa.

I don't know if anyone has discussed this or not, but one of my favorite bands has an epic sea shanty/sea themed song that is one of my favorites. The band is called the Decemberists and the song is called The Mariners Revenge . If you have never heard of the band or the song you are really missing out.
