Aye mateys, Thar be a glitch on the pirate fair website photo gallery at the moment...Hopefully will be fixed sometime this week...There are some great etchings, if I do say so meself....am working on editing, backing up etc. at the moment...so soon my little pirates...they should be up soon.. Only 4 more days till the Port Isley invasion, on the coast of the beautiful Clearwater Florida...Me feet are itchin to get there... Can't wait to see all them pirates, pirate nuns(?) jennies, more pirates, redcoats, pirates, plus Empty Hats, Danny Lord, Looney Lucy, The Tortuga Twins, lots of sword fighting, games and rides and a pirate school for kids, and of course pirates...and more ...I can't even remember all the stuff they're havin there...pirate ship rides, Wylde Fire, Fire by Riz...and still more. www.Pirate Fair.com Hope to be seein' some of you there too! Banana Bay Resort is one of the nice old Florida style resorts, on the Water...Lots of shrubbery...free breakfast....I stayed there once, but partied there many times during PIP. Good choice. Maggie

Well, ya know that I'll be thar too, stealin' souls as fast the magic box can work....I'll be gettin' into other mischief too, with the jennies and the pirates, and the redcoats....the bucanneers, the privateers, and any other eers what be making this event the biggest thing Clearwater er Port Isley, has ever seen! Can't wait ...only 15 days til the invasion!! Whoohoo! Maggie

OK, so after you go audition or rehearse for PirateFair...you should come on over to Gulfport, and check out Gecko fest...It starts at noon and runs into the evening...with a parade at 7pm...there will be pirates there too. Maggie Geckofest.com

Make up auditions for Florida Pirate Fair will be held starting at 8am at Taylor Park in Largo, Shelters 5&6, this Sat Sept 3rd. If you live in the Tampa Bay Area and have wondered about being a participant in an event like this...come on down and check it out...Free improv/acting training, free stage combat training, meet people, make new friends... Ahhh Paisley...the Particular Pirate....Real or imaginary...in Gulfport it was most certainly a gecko...\ Florida Pirate Fair rehearsal hmmm or maybe make up audition day....but most certainly not an ALL DAY day...I think there is a parade and fireworks in the evening,... Yeah...the commercials are national...has nothing to do with this....we have these little lizards everywhere down here....and legend has it ..the organizer of this event was trying to think of a different name for it...one of these little reptiles appeared in his window,and Voila... Maggie

Saturday, September 3rd I don't know too much about it yet, but it will be in Gulfport, Fl ( just outside of St. Pete), a little artist, alternative, community. They are going to have pirates, and snakemen and other entertainment... Sounds like fun anyway....Maybe I'll see some of you?? Maggie (Barb)

Well that leaves Mad Eye...me still not knowin' what he looks like..also Mad Eye Mitch was there from California...and he be wantin' to meet up with the feller what uses his name...so..were you in the invasion? Did you watch a fight circle? were you in the parade? Or did you stay in an airconditioned pub, and observe the goings on from afar? Maggie

Oh John...I'm so sorry about your bad experiences... I got there too late to get on a boat myself...got pix from the boardwalk...Twas raining really hard up in Oldsmar til after 10.. So was that you in the brown long coat?? I saw 2 guys both in brown on the back of a small white boat that had Dirtie Ernie, on it...a vertically challenged young man..also in brown....with a telescope.... Hope you're feeling better now...Are you also from Orlando??? You missed a fun time....Hot muggy sweaty fun time....some good fights from the west coast mutineers, and sea shanty singin from the rusty cutlasses...and the rain stayed at bay...Hope you're feelin' better now. Paisley....lookin through these images I took....there's one of you and Cascabel in quite the liplock.!!!! You really must have been affected by the heat to not remember that!!? Ummm Paisley...I took your photo with Cascabel...It was Mad Eye I was wundrn" about...I thinks maybe I saw him on Sat on one of the invadin' ships..and ne'er saw him again... In Brown long coats???..Maybe...and ye ne'er said "Hey..is that you???" or anything...

there may have been just a hint of a smidgeon of a tad of facetiousness in my remark...However I am deathly frightened of the thought of supersoakers and my poor water vulnerable Nikon...with all the lens scratches from Paisleys dagger. meltingggg \ Maggie
