    NO weapons of any kind at Fells Point!!!!!

    This is not PARF. The Baltimore Poilce Will peace tie you if you are carring a pistol or sword,

    There will be people with swords and pistols but they are part of the action and will not be walking around with them outside the area marked off for the invasion fight.

    We strongly ask you not to bring wepons to baltimore.

    This also means plastic toy ones.

    Trust me. all they do is get in the way of the drinking and just plain moving around in a public place.

    If I am not mistaken I think Capt. Thighbiter is bringing a few cannon and there is rumor of a pirate fight of some kind taking place on the ship at the Broadway Pier with Pistol and Cutlass. In works of someone I know "There will be Black Powder if I have anything to do about it".

    The "Pirate Invasion" doesn't start until 6:00pm so it is possible to shop early and still make it to Fells Point for the Grog Crawl and Bar hop that will be going on in the evening

    There are a lot of bars and Restaraunts that are offering great deals to those that have registered and signed in.

    So after a long day at "Ft. Fredrick "or at the "Southern Maryland Celtic Fest" you come on down to Fells Point for a cool beer and bite to eat with your fellow pirates.

    A man and his wife were driving home one cold night when the wife asks

    her husband to stop the car. There was a baby skunk lying at the side of

    the road, and she got out to see if it was still alive.

    It was alive, and she said to her husband, "It's nearly frozen to death.

    Can we take it with us, get it warm, and let it go in the morning?"

    He says, "O.K., get in the car with it."

    "Where shall I put it to keep warm?" the wife asks.

    He says, "Put it in between your legs. It's nice and warm there."

    Giggling she asks, "But what about the smell?"

    He replies, "Just hold his little nose."

    The man is expected to recover, but the skunk she used to beat him with

    died at the scene.

    The past few years we have met up at the Whitehart Tavern at around 1:00pm

    We can all have a cold one and take a few pictures and shoot the breeze.

    I think someone has mentioned something about meeting at the Privateer living history set-up....

    So are we going to have a group meet-up again this year?

    Sad news...The "CORSAIRS" will not be there this year.

    I reseved an e-mail from them that said they are going to take a year off..

    I am looking forward to having a few cold ones with everyone at the WhiteHart.

    I will be there and also staying at the Pirate incampment.

    So my Pirate Invasion Weekend starts around 4:00 pm on Friday....

    More and more people are getting period tents to make there stay at camp alittle more fun.

    I cant' wait to see everyone from PYRACY there again..

    I got to fire on of Capt'n thighbitters cannons at the Blackbeard Feast...Right as I was firing the cannan I hear the guy holdling my camera say"What does card full mean??" so I didnt get a picture...Thats What I get for not checking the camera first!!!

    Thanks guys...I hope I can find them on DVD...I hate haven ta think that I would have ta watch them on 8 track....VHS.

    I will check out Suncoast first and go from there.

    I don't think I have every seen it from start to finish.

    I want to buy it just whichone is best???

    It seems to me the one I see on the tv from time to time is the Disney one from 1950. Is this the best one?

    Beleave it on not I couldn't find it at Blockbuster or at Hollywood video.

    I just rented "The Mupets Treasure Island" and it was great

    I only live about 15 minutes from this mall.

    I was thinking around 11ish or so.

    parking at the mall can be a nightmare sometimes so keep that in mind before you head out.

    Im hopig to get someone to drop me off so I dont' have to worry about driving after Ive been drinking...

    I think my buddy Dean maybe going and said he would drive(his a non-drinker)but he said he isn't 100% about going. So If any of your guys in the area that might want to caravan there or car pool let me know and you can park here and drive over from here let me know?????

    I will be ordering my ticket this friday...

    I thinking about getting there alittle early so I can make a late around the mall or maybe get a bite at the eatery.

    Volvo Ocean Race In Annapolis

    There were a few tall ships in for the event.. "The Virginia", "The Pride Of Baltimore II" and the Volvo Race Boats

    I didn't get a chance to see the whole fight scene..I was the 2nd person to get" knocked on the head" so I had to play dead and hope that none of the other people preforming fell on me...two of the other guys where kinda big and I am not. Someone videotaped it and said the whole scene was about 3 minutes.

    The "Pirate hero" Jack look alike is a maritime weapons expert and also trains in maritime fighting techniques.

    John is being modest. Not only did he have a blunderbuss on his lap but he also had 3 pistols in his belt.

    I will be sure to post more pictures as they get sent to me.
