Question about faires

Ah, lass, I graced the Tuxedo faire wi' me presence many moons ago...
An' to quote an ol' sea-farin' minstrel -
"...So long ago, it's damn near....in the year...one..."
It were a proper faire, tho what's happened in the centuries since, I cannot venture.
