  1. Here is another sword we custom made for one of me mates. They wanted something special in a leaf guard cutlass. After asking some questions on what exactly they were looking for we found that it was to be made for battle, stage and show. After coming up with several drawings we settled on this Maple Leaf pattern and submitted it to our mate the end result is what you see here in the pictures.

It is a Double Maple Leaf guard cutlass with a 5160 full tang Carbon Steel blade, that we hand forged. The pommel we cut from a single piece of Nickel Silver. The handle is Curly Maple to compliment the Maple leaf Guard that has a set screw holding the blade securely, at the end of the pommel we cut an pommel nut as double protection for keeping her all tight. We can make any type of blade but the cutlasses for our mates is where the heart of our work is. Our swords are not cheap but they are all made for use.

  2. Thanks mates and sorry for my very slow reply. We are always happy to add links to me mates that sell wares such as ours and they are the best links that we all can have that will get us noticed much quicker in search engines. Our mate POD from Letters Of Marque and ourselves have shared links for many months and I even host many of his items right on our web pages as we are tight mates.

You can always reach me direct at kingsforge@gmail.com for the quickest response.

    Thanks Mates

  3. Just finished up the makings of George Washington's Battle Sword for a mate that can't follow through with his order. Not sure if the link to the picture will work but if you all copy and paste it in your browser you can see the pics of it up close. This is a fully functional battle sword that we hand forged from a piece of carbon steel with nickel plated hardware.

We make many swords for our mates and hope that you all like this one

  4. Ahoy me mates!

We are looking for any of our mates here that have websites with links to join us in adding reciprocating links to your own websites. We all know that links are the key to being found on the internet and we all want to continue in our crafts. We do not care if you even sell some of the same products that we carry as its all about continuing what we love doing. In fact the more alike our wares are the higher we can both be picked up in search engines. Join us and lets all grow and continue doing what we love. Thank you mates

  5. Beautiful work Mate! I have to add that your charts and maps are outstanding! We be seeing some charts and maps in our future

This is the Queen Anne version of the Letter of Marque

    il_fullxfull.239876668.jpg

Queen Anne Letter of Marque issued by Joseph Dudley, Esq; Captain General and Governor General in Chief, in and over Her Majesties Provinces of the Massachusetts Bay, and New-Hampshire in New-England in America.

It is 18"x25" like many of the original ones and has the strip of seals at the bottom like like original documents of the era too created by folding the bottom of the document up then fixing it with paper loops that are held in place with the seals. It was researched as much as I could from actual letters or marque, royal charters and indentures to make it as authentic as possible. It is written by Issac Adlington who was secretary to Joseph Dudley, and is signed and sealed by both men and Queen Anne. All the signatures are actual reproductions of surviving examples.

The document can be customised with your name, the name of your ship and the type of ship.

    $55
