    Step into the 1800s at the Festival at Fort King! This two-day event will feature historic themed crafts, games, workshops, activities, living historians, vendors, food, drinks and much more. The pinnacle of the event is a re-enactment of the event that fueled the start of the Second Seminole War. Admission is free! Free shuttle parking is available at the Duke Energy power line field, approximately a quarter mile east of the fort. The field is located between NE 43rd Avenue and NE 44th Avenue on the north side of E Fort King Street. Free shuttles and trams will be running continuously throughout the event for pickups and drop-offs.     I'm amazed you got that to work! I imagine it puts some stress on the ridgepole connectors too, but between those and the ropes/stakes looks like you got it covered...

    When I asked, I actually gave the context of coral or hard pack and needing heavy duty stakes. So I take it to be soft ground.
