I had this posted in Rabble Rousing and Patrick Hand suggested I ask here as well...

My mother in law is a schoolteacher and when class resumes this January she will teach on the American Revolution. Since most of you are Historical Re-enactors and so forth I am coming to you for aid in links and other sites of intrest she can prepare for her class.

If you can aid me I would greatly appreciate it and so would she.

Hi Siren,

I don't know what kind of information you're looking for, but there is a great bunch of articles on 18th century dress by my friend, Mara Riley. Here's her website.

The Brigade of the American Revolution is a Rev War group that has tons of information on the common soldiers in that period.

And this links page should keep you going for days. :blink:

Aye, my pleasure anytime, passin' on our history....The knee's comin' along, but still cain't stand on it....Got some gears meshin', tho'...got a call on early plans for the 400th anniversary of Samuel deChamplain, so I've stuff to do while immobile..'mobilis in mobili'....
