hurricane
We have a crewe of nine arriving from the Great Northwest (as well as Texas and Cayman). The Pyrates of the Coast will be staying at the Southernmost Hotel for the duration of the event - Nov. 26 through Dec. 7. We'll be at all the events as we're performers at the festival this year. Just look for the crewe with the 5 year old Cabin Boy Bullseye in tow... Can't miss 'im, or us for that matter... The crewe consists of Sloe Gin, Spitfire, Lollypop (takes a lickin' keeps on tickin'), Sir Nigel, Annie B, Texas Tallships, EJ "The Bod", Bullseye and meself, Hurricane. As for me I'll be the one wearing the ring (me avatar) on me pinky. -- Hurricane ______________________________________________________________________ http://piratesofthecoast.com/images/pyracy-logo1.jpg Captain of The Pyrates of the Coast Author of "Memoirs of a Buccaneer: 30 Year Before the Mast" (Published in Fall 2011) Scurrilous Rogue Stirrer of Pots Fomenter of Mutiny Bon Vivant & Roustabout Part-time Carnival Barker Certified Ex-Wife Collector Experienced Drinking Companion "I was screwed. Jamaica Rose
The captain (Michael MacLeod), and I plan to arrive on Saturday, Nov. 29. We are flying into Ft. Lauderdale at 6 am that morning, and plan to rent a car to drive down. If anyone else is arriving in Ft. Lauderdale that morning and would like to share our rental car, let us know. We'll be returning to Ft. Lauderdale Mon, Dec. 8, flying out at 6:45 pm IIRC. We'll be staying at the Fairfield Inn (next to Banana Bay, I'm told, so Cascabel, we'll be neighbors). Oh, and Jean Laffite will be with us too (he's our ship's rat). We were supposed to be there in time for rehearsals for the DVD release party, but that is now water under the bridge. We'll be involved with the Tryal of Anne Bonny and Mary Read. And don't forget No Quarter Given's 10th anniversary party on Saturday, Dec. 6. Capt. Westyn Elizabeth Roberts
Me and Bob the Swab will be goin. We'll be gettin hitched at the festival. We will be staying at the Fairfield Inn, Key West. Seems like a nice place, and I got a really good deal on the trip from Priceline. Our days will be from about 12/3-12/8. Capt. captscurvyscrew
I am going to try and make it down this year. If I do make it, I will be bringing the newest member of my crew, Stacy Brown. This will be her first pirate festival, so I am counting on everyone to make it memorable for her. The only problem I have right now is my Aunt in Jacksonville has finaly given up the fight with breast cancer and has decided to check into a hospice to spend out her few remaining months. I am going to do my best to drive down and see her if I cna make it to the festival. Going out of the way to Jacksonville will cut into my funds for the trip though, so if anyone has a spot of floor in a hotel room they don't mind sharing for a night please let me know. Drop me an e-mail at captscurvyscrew if you can help. I look forward to seeing everyone this year and hope that we all have a great time.

Hawkyns
My lady and I will be there for the first weekend, Friday through Monday. Staying at the Atlantic Shores resort. I guess we'll miss a bunch of things, but we both shot our vacation already and this is all the time we could scam. On a related note- For those who have been before, is PiP as wild and crazy as Fantasy Fest? As adult oriented? Inquiring minds want to know!! Hawkyns Cannon add dignity to what otherwise would be merely an ugly brawl I do what I do for my own reasons. I do not require anyone to follow me. I do not require society's approval for my actions or beliefs. if I am to be judged, let me be judged in the pure light of history, not the harsh glare of modern trends. Stynky Tudor
Ahoy there shipmates, It appears that I’ll be attending PIP this year after all! I should be rowing ashore some time Tuesday evening and having to shove off Saturday afternoon, pressing engagements sez I. . . I do look forward to meeting the lot of ya though, matching up names, text and avitars with real faces. I be planning to stay with the likes of Dark Rose and his unsavory crew over at the Fairfield. But ya know if Stynky turns up missing and all there be is a pile of barnana cream pie crumbs, I don’t know what to tell ya, light some marshmellies fer me and drink a bit of rum.
