Patrick Hand
"Patrick, is that some 16th century Scottish golfin' garb?" SEE .... no one knows what Elizabeathean sailors looked like.... Most of the comments are about the thrum cap....."Bad hair day" and such.... There is a group out here in California that does "Sea Dogs".... but most of thier garb looks like pajamas..... NOTE: There is a web page ( http://privateer.omena.org/privateerclothes.htm ) That shows what they wore.... it has some mistakes....but is close enough....
